One rule

The ledger decides — not the person at the gate.

Every booking name runs against the owner roster, then the member roster. A match applies the right rate; no match is a full guest fee. One rule, enforced while everyone sleeps and logged with a name and a time — so the board can prove it, not just promise it.

Your list, your rules

Membership, in your control.

  • You define who counts. Residents, dues-paid members, seasonal — membership is your list, name-matched like the owner roster.
  • You set the rate. A discount off the guest fee, or fully waived — your call, per season if you want.
  • Caps and validity. Passes expire when a membership does; no stale access lingering on the gate.
  • A pass like any guest. Members get a Wallet key — one tap at the gate, the pool, the fitness room, a PIN backup.
