Cards are charged by Stripe, the processor behind much of the internet. The numbers never touch our servers — we see that a fee settled, not what paid it. PCI scope stays with Stripe, which is exactly why we don't hold card data.
Every fee, waiver, refund, and access event is written with a name and a timestamp. When an owner asks "who approved this?", the answer is a row, not a recollection — exportable for the board, the treasurer, and the annual audit.
Access is a Wallet key with a PIN backup and a plate read — issued when the fee settles, revoked when the stay ends. No shared codes, no keys that outlive a booking.
